About The Position
Capital City Club, one of the finest private Clubs in the South, is seeking a qualified candidate to join our team as a Part-Time Esthetician.
Requirements
- Valid state esthetician license
- Minimum of 2 years’ skincare experience required
- Strong knowledge of different facials, skincare routines and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- Professional and polished appearance
- Self-Motivated
- Flexible schedule, with availability to work weekends and holidays
Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of professional skincare services, including customized facials, chemical peels, extractions, microdermabrasion, and hair removal.
- Conduct thorough skin analyses and consultations to understand each member’s skincare concerns and recommend appropriate treatments.
- Promote Club spa services and assist with scheduling and member bookings.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and professional treatment environment. Properly sanitize equipment and treatment areas and follow all applicable state regulations and Club policies.
- Educate members on proper product use and skincare routines while supporting retail sales and helping clients achieve their skincare goals.
