Requirements

• Valid Virginia Esthetician license required
• Previous experience in a spa, salon, or skincare setting preferred
• Proficiency in facial treatments, waxing, and other core esthetics services
• Strong knowledge of skin types, conditions, and professional skincare products
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a client-first attitude
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends and holidays
• Professional, polished appearance and demeanor consistent with a luxury spa environment

Responsibilities

• Perform a variety of skin care treatments including facials, chemical peels, waxing, and body treatments
• Conduct thorough skin consultations to assess client needs and recommend appropriate services and products
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and welcoming treatment room in accordance with state regulations
• Build and retain a loyal client base through outstanding customer service and follow-up care
• Recommend and retail professional skincare products to support clients' at-home routines
• Collaborate with spa team members to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience
• Stay current on skincare trends, techniques, and product knowledge through ongoing education
