About The Position

Willows Lodge, a luxury Northwest lodge located in the heart of Woodinville wine country and part of the Pyramid Global Hospitality portfolio, is seeking a licensed Esthetician. The Spa team at Willows Lodge creates personalized, thoughtful, and memorable experiences for every guest through exceptional service, skilled treatments, and genuine care. This role involves providing facials, body treatments, and personalized skincare recommendations, working closely with the Spa team to ensure guests feel cared for, comfortable, and confident. The position requires a passion for skincare, guest service, and creating a relaxing, luxury spa experience within a supportive and inclusive work environment that fosters diversity, growth, development, and wellbeing.

Requirements

  • Current Washington State Esthetician license required prior to onboarding
  • Ability to perform a variety of body treatments, including exfoliations, masks, body polish, wraps, and related services
  • Excellent guest service and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness
  • Professional, polished, and calm presence with guests and team members
  • Ability to work independently while supporting the overall Spa team
  • Weekend availability required
  • Flexibility in schedule, including weekend availability
  • On-time attendance and uninterrupted guest service during treatments are essential

Nice To Haves

  • 3 to 5 years of related esthetics experience preferred
  • Experience with HydraFacial and microcurrent machines preferred
  • Strong knowledge of skincare, anatomy, physiology, products, treatments, masks, cleansing, massage techniques, and hair removal

Responsibilities

  • Perform esthetic services including facials, body wraps, body treatments, and other skincare services
  • Consult with guests to assess skin type, needs, preferences, and treatment goals
  • Provide a personal, luxury experience while maintaining guest privacy and comfort
  • Prepare, clean, and maintain treatment rooms, equipment, supplies, and work areas
  • Sterilize instruments and follow all health, sanitation, and safety requirements
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of spa services, products, treatments, and procedures
  • Promote and recommend skincare and body products based on guest needs
  • Support guest education around skincare routines and product use
  • Cross-train in body treatments and hydrotherapy services as licensing allows
  • Conduct spa tours and provide information about spa and lodge services as needed
  • Attend department meetings, product knowledge trainings, and service trainings
  • Work cooperatively with Spa leadership and other departments
  • Support additional Spa and Lodge initiatives as assigned
