About The Position

Woodhouse Spas is seeking a skilled Esthetician to join their team. As an Esthetician, you will be responsible for providing professional skin care treatments to clients, helping them achieve their skincare goals and enhancing their overall well-being. The role involves performing exemplary services based on Woodhouse protocols, providing excellent guest services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Esthetician will also maintain a clean and organized work area, utilize salon software, and communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and preferences. This position offers opportunities for growth in a luxury environment.

Requirements

Must have State License required
Three years Licensed Esthetician preferred
Knowledge of different esthetic treatments and techniques (holistic and clinical a plus!)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude and friendly demeanor.
Must comply with all company policies and procedures
Regular and consistent attendance is required to perform the essential functions of this position
Ability to work well with other Team Members, Managers, and interact with our guests
Must have excellent verbal communication skills
Must be able to communicate effectively with guests, managers, and team members
Must have basic mathematical skills for product measurement

Luxury Spa experience preferred
Experience with hospitality and providing exceptional customer service

Utilize salon software to schedule appointments and manage client information.
Ability to educate, offer solutions, and recommend homecare solutions.
