About The Position

The Contractual Esthetician plays a key role in delivering a high-end, results-driven skincare experience to Members and their Guests. This independent contractor position is responsible for providing exceptional esthetic services while maintaining the elevated standards, professionalism, and welcoming atmosphere of the Wellness Center. The Esthetician operates with autonomy while collaborating with the wellness team to ensure a seamless and luxurious guest experience.

Requirements

  • Valid Idaho Esthetician License
  • Proven experience providing professional skincare services
  • Strong client service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently in a contractor role

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with advanced skincare treatments (peels, microdermabrasion, etc.)
  • Retail sales experience and product knowledge
  • Experience in a spa, resort, or wellness setting
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred

Responsibilities

  • Provide professional, customized skincare treatments including facials, advanced treatments, and skin consultations.
  • Deliver exceptional service with a focus on guest comfort, results, and overall experience.
  • Perform thorough client consultations to assess skin conditions, needs, and treatment plans.
  • Prepare treatment rooms prior to each service, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and proper setup.
  • Maintain treatment room sanitation and adhere to all state board hygiene and safety regulations.
  • Educate clients on skincare routines and recommend appropriate retail products.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client treatment records.
  • Communicate effectively with Wellness Attendants regarding scheduling, guest needs, and service flow.
  • Manage personal schedule, punctuality, and timely completion of services.
  • Ensure all services are properly recorded and communicated for accurate member billing.
  • Maintain inventory awareness and communicate product or supply needs.
  • Uphold all Wellness Center standards, procedures, and core values.
  • Promote additional spa, wellness, and club offerings to enhance the guest experience.
  • Participate in seasonal promotions, events, or special wellness offerings as applicable.
  • Maintain professional relationships with members, guests, and staff.
  • Stay informed on current skincare trends, products, and techniques.
