About The Position

This role supports the front of house and trainers by providing coverage for PTO and lunch breaks. As a trainer, you will perform facial workouts and drive exceptional customer service, sales, and client retention. As a studio host, you will be responsible for scheduling workout bookings, acting as the first point of contact for customers, providing excellent service, and maximizing sales opportunities through rebooks and retail sales. The position is primarily based in a Central New York studio but requires willingness to travel to other locations (Upper East Side, Nordstrom, NoHo, and Saks) as needed to support the business.

Requirements

Eligible to work in the US
Valid New York Esthetician License
Flexible to work consistent weekly shifts, evenings, and rotating holidays, including a minimum of four (4) weekend shifts per month
Able to effectively deliver all menu services and “workouts” after successful completion of FaceGym bootcamp training
Able to stand for a minimum of 3 hours while performing consecutive workouts
Demonstrate safe practice of body mechanics and self-care techniques throughout workouts
Consistently punctual, reliable, flexible, and dedicated to assigned work commitments
Willing to support across all locations when necessary

Responsibilities

Maintain an exceptional customer experience at every touch point in the studio, with a strong focus on maximizing retail potential and client retention.
Sell the brand's unique offerings, workouts, and homecare products, maintaining a firm understanding of all updates.
Demonstrate the ability to attract and entice customers with effective retail theatre, incorporating the client journey and brand story.
Confidently answer all client inquiries regarding FaceGym workouts, communicating accurate contraindications at the point of booking.
Coordinate the smooth running of daily business, effectively communicating and enforcing the company's cancellation and lateness policy with tact and professionalism.
Manage customer complaints confidently and overcome selling challenges, both in the studio and over the phone.
Ensure the front desk and workstations are clean according to Health & Safety guidelines and stocked with necessary products and tools/equipment.
Communicate effectively and professionally with the entire team throughout the day and during day-to-day handover, informing the team of any challenges.
Demonstrate full proficiency of the Zenoti system booking system, and all operating point-of-sale systems, registers, and card machines.
Support management by providing necessary cover across studio locations when needed to further support the brand and drive the business forward.
Portray a professional image at all times, ensuring high-standard representation of the brand and consistently maintaining a positive demeanor.
Maintain high standards of personal hygiene while adhering to FaceGym uniform and grooming guidelines.
Meet individual targets and performance goals, accurately completing all required paperwork and reports.
Demonstrate self-marketing abilities through word-of-mouth advertising, participation in events, and social media, striving to grow personal and studio business.
Maintain clean and presentable work stations, practicing proper sanitization methods and genuine care of tools and equipment.
