About The Position
Elements Massage of Clifton Park is seeking a passionate Licensed Esthetician to join their growing, top-performing skincare team. This role focuses on building long-term client relationships and delivering results-driven care through customized facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning. The spa emphasizes long-term treatment plans, regular visits, and home-care education, rather than medical spa procedures like microneedling, lasers, or injections. The ideal candidate will prefer building lasting relationships over transactional, one-time visits.
Requirements
- A current New York State Esthetics License.
- Strong hands-on skills.
- Confidence in recommending treatment plans and retail products.
- Availability: 3–5 days per week, including one evening shift and one weekend shift.
Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional facials, chemical peels, and dermaplaning.
- Design personalized treatment plans and home-care routines (using the Sanitas product line).
- Build a thriving, loyal book of business using our steady stream of clients.
