About The Position
Hodgson Russ LLP, a regional law firm with 230+ attorneys in 10 offices, is seeking an Estates & Trusts Paralegal to join their busy Estates & Trusts team in the Buffalo office. This role provides critical support to attorneys and helps deliver efficient, cost-effective representation to clients. The work focuses primarily on Surrogate’s Court matters, including all aspects of estate and trust administration.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to meet deadlines and focus on details.
- An associate’s degree in paralegal studies or bachelor’s degree in business, liberal arts, or some other closely related field.
- A minimum of two years in a paralegal role.
Responsibilities
- Provide critical support to attorneys.
- Help deliver efficient, cost-effective representation to clients.
- Focus primarily on Surrogate’s Court matters, including all aspects of estate and trust administration.
