About The Position

The Estates Project Coordinator will support the planning, coordination, and delivery of estates, maintenance, refurbishment, and capital works across the Foundation’s sites. The role is key to ensuring projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget, while minimising disruption to students, residents, staff, and visitors. This is an excellent opportunity for a highly organised and proactive individual with strong coordination and administrative skills, who is motivated by creating safe, accessible, and high‑quality environments that support people with disabilities.

  • Must be able to pass an Enhanced DBS and barring checks
  • Must pass other employment clearances such as referencing
  • Must complete a criminal records self-declaration form prior to interview
  • Must pass an online check prior to interview

Responsibilities

  • Support the planning, coordination, and delivery of estates, maintenance, refurbishment, and capital works across the Foundation’s sites.
  • Ensure projects are delivered safely, efficiently, on time, and within budget.
  • Minimize disruption to students, residents, staff, and visitors during project delivery.
