As an Estate officer, you will use all the tools at your disposition to locate the executors, Notary, Branch, Insurance company and/or lawyers in order to update the deceased profile information. Requirements

Required to communicate with teams located across Canada
2 years of Credit management & recoveries experience and a strong knowledge of bank related lending products
Ability to accurately assess recovery potential of accounts
Strong researching and negotiation skills
Excellent time management capabilities
Ability to work effectively when dealing with ambiguity
Strong ability to use various web-based systems and interact with internal and external contacts
Ability to balance customer service mindset and risk/loss mindset
Ability to work day shifts within the business hours of 8am - 5pm Monday to Friday

Nice To Haves

Knowledge of TS2, CACS and Sales Platform

Responsibilities

Complete the necessary follow-up to ensure the accuracy of our records
Initiate outbound calls and receive inbound calls for the team
Once the executor is contacted, obtain all necessary and relevant information to reach a mutual agreement for the re- payment of the deceased’s debt
Ensure a balance between quality Customer Care and effective collections techniques
