Requirements

  • Licensed to practice law in Florida.
  • Demonstrated record of trial experience in estate and trust litigation matters.
  • Juris Doctorate degree from an ABA-accredited law school.
  • Active membership in The Florida Bar in good standing.
  • Extensive civil trial litigation experience focused on complex trusts and estates disputes.
  • Strong commitment to client service excellence in a fast-paced, collegial environment.
  • Ability to build trusted relationships with clients, colleagues, investigators, expert witnesses, and opposing counsel.
  • Skill in drafting, negotiating, and interpreting legal documents.
  • Professional courtroom presence.
