Trust & Estate Associate Attorney
About The Position
Lewis Rice LLC is seeking an associate attorney with 3+ years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, and tax to join our downtown Kansas City office. This is an excellent opportunity to work alongside experienced attorneys serving individuals, families, business owners, and closely held businesses on a broad range of sophisticated estate planning and wealth preservation matters. The ideal candidate will have experience drafting estate planning documents, advising clients on estate and gift tax planning, and assisting with trust and estate administration. Experience with business succession planning, business tax, or general business law is a plus.
Requirements
- Three or more years of experience in estate planning, trust and estate administration, tax, or a related practice area
- Excellent analytical, writing, and oral communication skills
- A commitment to providing exceptional client service
- The ability to work collaboratively while managing matters independently
