The firm specializes in family law, estate planning, probate, and criminal defense, with 11 offices across Texas. Requirements

• J.D. degree.
• Active license in good standing with the Texas State Bar (licensed in TX for at least 2+ years).
• Minimum of 2 years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.
• Proficient in TXdocs, Clio, and modern e-filing systems.
• Fearless presence in the courtroom for contested matters.
• Sharp analytical eye for drafting trusts and wills.

Nice To Haves

• 4+ years of dedicated experience in Texas estate planning, probate, and guardianship matters.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-impact estate planning and probate matters from intake to final resolution.
• Drive complex probate litigation, including non-contested and contested guardianships, conservatorships, and trust disputes.
• Represent clients in Texas probate courts during will contests and breaches of fiduciary duty.
• Conduct legal research, handle depositions and mediations.
• Approve or draft comprehensive estate plans.
• Provide results-driven, compassionate representation to clients navigating wealth preservation and family transitions.
