About The Position

We are seeking an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to join a busy and sophisticated estate planning and elder law practice. This is an opportunity for an attorney with strong technical and drafting capabilities who is ready to take on a meaningful leadership role within an established practice and help continue developing and elevating the firm's estate planning department. The firm's clients typically have estates ranging from approximately $5 million to $45 million, requiring thoughtful, advanced planning strategies tailored to each client's financial, family, and legacy goals. The practice is multi-jurisdictional and combines sophisticated estate planning with a well-established elder law practice focused heavily on document-driven planning and asset protection. This role is ideal for an attorney who enjoys both the technical side of estate planning and the opportunity to mentor others, improve processes, and help shape the continued growth of a practice area. This position offers more than the opportunity to manage an existing book of estate planning work. The right attorney will have the ability to influence how the practice develops, mentor the next generation of attorneys and staff, and potentially become a leader of the estate planning practice area. For an experienced estate planning attorney who wants to continue developing professionally while bringing sophisticated technical expertise to an established and growing practice, this role provides both immediate responsibility and meaningful long-term opportunity.
