About The Position

This role connects experienced estate planning attorneys with a steady stream of pre-qualified, intake-completed clients. Attorneys can focus on high-value legal work without the need to chase leads or push paperwork. The position offers full back-office support, including document preparation, deed retrieval, follow-ups, scheduling, and client coordination. Attorneys also gain access to a no-cost client database and can integrate this work flexibly with their existing practice, choosing their own availability, volume, and growth.

Requirements

  • J.D. from an accredited law school and active bar license in good standing in your state.
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in estate planning or closely related practice areas.
  • Proven experience in Medicaid asset protection and special needs planning.
  • Able to independently onboard and manage clients within a structured, systematized environment.

Nice To Haves

  • Multi-state licensure or reciprocity strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Provide estate planning, business formation, asset protection, and Medicaid/special needs planning services.
  • Review pre-collected intake information and supporting documents to prepare efficiently for each consultation.
  • Conduct thorough client meetings and deliver practical, personalized legal strategies.
  • Partner with a dedicated support team for a streamlined, turnkey experience from first contact to final documents.
