About The Position

This role allows an experienced Estate Planning Attorney to focus on advising clients rather than prospecting, marketing, or managing practice overhead. The company is a long-established estate planning services provider seeking an attorney to offer estate planning advice to pre-engaged clients in the 55+ market. The attorney will receive a steady stream of no-cost introductions and benefit from full administrative and back-office support. Client education and intake are largely handled by the office staff, allowing the attorney to concentrate on higher-value counsel and document work.

Requirements

• Licensed attorney in good standing in [state or states served]
• 3+ years of experience in estate planning (drafting and counseling)
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with the 55+ demographic
• Ability to explain complex concepts in clear, client-friendly terms
• Professionalism, reliability, and respect for client time and confidentiality

Responsibilities

• Conduct estate planning consultations with clients referred through our program
• Review family, asset, and planning goals and recommend appropriate solutions
• Draft or review core estate planning documents (wills, trusts, POAs, directives)
• Coordinate with our internal team to finalize documents and implementation
• Provide clear, practical guidance in plain language
