Most estate planning attorneys lose 40–60% of their time to non-billable work—marketing, intake, scheduling, and paperwork. In this role, you meet only with prepared, pre-qualified clients, while our team handles everything before and after the consultation so you can focus on high-value legal work. You will provide estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid/special needs planning, and business formation services. You will review pre-collected intake documents and conduct thorough client meetings. You will deliver practical, personalized legal strategies supported by a dedicated back-office team.
