About The Position
Rosenblum Law is seeking a charismatic and confident Junior Estate Planning Attorney for a client-facing role that involves leading consultations and presenting at workshops. This position is ideal for entry-level attorneys with strong communication skills and a desire for high earning potential through a performance-based compensation structure. Prior estate planning experience is not required, as comprehensive training will be provided. The role emphasizes client interaction, clear explanation of legal concepts, and building long-term relationships. Attorneys will also represent the firm at educational events and collaborate with a legal team to ensure excellent client experiences. Requirements
- J.D. from an accredited law school
- Active New Jersey bar admission (NY and/or PA a plus)
- No prior estate planning experience required
- Strong presence, confidence, and charisma
- Comfort speaking in front of groups and leading conversations
- A client-first, sales-oriented mindset
- Motivation to earn bonuses and exceed income expectations
- Professional polish, energy, and emotional intelligence

Responsibilities
- Meet with prospective clients to understand their goals and confidently guide them through estate planning options
- Clearly explain legal concepts in plain language and close clients on the spot
- Build trust, rapport, and long-term client relationships
- Present at firm-hosted workshops and educational events
- Represent the firm with confidence, clarity, and professionalism
- Educate and inspire prospective clients in a group setting
- Work closely with attorneys, paralegals, and support staff to deliver excellent client experiences
- Participate in ongoing training, mentorship, and professional development
- Grow legal, communication, and business skills simultaneously
