About The Position

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Estate Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of a luxury residence in Beverly Hills, with a strong emphasis on solid project and construction management. This role requires an experienced professional who can lead renovations, coordinate vendors and contractors, manage timelines and budgets, and ensure all property-related projects are executed to the highest standards. The ideal candidate is exceptionally efficient, highly detail-oriented, and skilled at managing multiple priorities simultaneously while maintaining clear systems and organization across the estate. A polished, service-driven mindset is essential, with the ability to deliver a seamless, high-touch experience for the Principal. Also open to a highly qualified live-out domestic couple.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience in estate management within a private residence
  • Strong background in project and/or construction management
  • Exceptional organizational skills with a focus on efficiency and systems
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Hands-on, “no task too big or small” approach
  • Experience overseeing high-level housekeeping operations
  • Tech-savvy with smart home systems and household technology
  • High level of discretion, professionalism, and emotional intelligence
  • Valid passport with flexibility for occasional travel

Responsibilities

  • Oversee all aspects of the residence, ensuring seamless daily operations and pristine condition at all times
  • Manage and supervise housekeeping staff and external vendors
  • Maintain top-notch housekeeping standards; step in as needed to ensure consistency and quality
  • Conduct routine property inspections and proactively address maintenance needs
  • Lead and manage all property-related projects, renovations, and improvements
  • Coordinate with contractors, architects, designers, and vendors
  • Oversee timelines, budgets, and quality control from start to finish
  • Provide regular updates and reporting to the Principal
  • Ensure all work meets the highest standards of execution and discretion
  • Maintain meticulous organization across all household systems, storage, and inventory
  • Manage household inventory, deliveries, and stocking; oversee unpacking and organization of all items
  • Demonstrate exceptional time management and the ability to juggle multiple tasks seamlessly
  • Deliver high-level, personalized service with attention to detail and discretion
  • Prepare the residence for the Principal’s arrival, ensuring a fully stocked and welcoming environment
  • Coordinate and support small gatherings or informal entertaining as needed
  • Pack and unpack luggage for business and personal travel with precision and care
  • Prepare residences ahead of arrivals, including stocking and setup
  • Ensure immaculate cleanliness and presentation of the home at all times
  • Oversee laundry, linens, wardrobe care, and household organization systems
  • Step in for hands-on housekeeping duties when needed
  • Manage vendor relationships, scheduling, and performance
  • Track household expenses, budgets, and payments
  • Pet care coordination as needed
  • Driving duties if required
  • Oversee and troubleshoot home technology systems (smart home, AV, etc.)
