About The Position

Prologis is seeking an Associate in our Denver, Colorado office as part of the Global FP&A team. The FP&A Associate will be a key member of the Financial Planning & Analysis team, responsible for supporting budgeting, forecasting, and financial analysis processes. This role is ideal for someone with a strong analytical mindset, attention to detail, and a passion for understanding the financial drivers of the business.

Requirements

2-5 years of experience in FP&A, corporate finance, or a related financial role.
Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel with familiarity in financial reporting tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau) and ERP systems.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey complex financial information clearly.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
Team player with a collaborative mindset and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

Nice To Haves

Experience with AI and coding (e.g., ChatGPT, Python, SQL) is a plus.

Responsibilities

Assist with the aggregation and review of monthly NOI forecasts and annual budgets.
Maintain the global forecast calendar and assist in ensuring stakeholders meet their deliverable deadlines.
Assist with procuring monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports, ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of financial data.
Conduct monthly in-depth analysis of the forecast, focusing on key variance drivers of Net Operating Income and Capital Expenditures.
Identify trends, risks, and opportunities that impact business performance.
Support the development of management presentations, highlighting key financial metrics and business performance.
Support ad hoc projects and initiatives by providing financial insights to drive business strategies.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of FP&A processes, tools, and systems.
Implement best practices in financial planning and analysis to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
Automate routine reporting tasks using AI and other tools to improve productivity.
