About The Position

The Esports Lab Assistant provides administrative and clerical support to the Varsity Esports teams at Post University. This position requires 10-20 hours per week and is a seasonal opportunity with a start date as soon as possible. The primary responsibility is to assist with the daily operations of the Varsity Esports teams.

Requirements

• Must be a current student at Post University eligible for Federal Work Study
• Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work and communicate effectively with the department associates, the University’s students, and guests
• Strong time management and organizational skills

Responsibilities

• Greeting those who enter the esports lab ensuring only authorized people enter the esports lab
• Ensuring that visitors to the esports lab properly sign in
• Ensure that all the University owned esports lab equipment stays in the esports lab
• Report defective esports equipment, peripherals, and furniture to the Esports Coordinator
• Enforce the esports lab rules
• Other projects and duties as assigned
