About The Position

New Milford High School is seeking an Esports Advisor to organize and oversee the school's Esports program and related activities. This stipend position involves planning and facilitating practices, competitions, and team development, as well as supervising students during these events. The advisor will also be responsible for coordinating team schedules, equipment, and communications to ensure the program's successful operation.

  • Documented prior coaching or advisory experience (for placement on stipend schedule).

Responsibilities

  • Organize and oversee the school's Esports program and related activities.
  • Plan and facilitate practices, competitions, and team development opportunities.
  • Supervise students participating in esports practices, matches, and school-sponsored events.
  • Coordinate team schedules, equipment, communications, and other responsibilities necessary for the successful operation of the program.
