About The Position

EDU-AIDs is seeking a dedicated and compassionate ESL Teacher to support K–8 students in Simpson, PA for the 2026–2027 school year. This is a full-time position.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Education, English, ESL, TESOL, or a related field.
• Valid Pennsylvania teaching certification appropriate for the position.
• Strong communication, classroom management, and instructional skills.
• Ability to support students with diverse academic and language-learning needs.

Nice To Haves

• Experience working with English language learners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Plan and deliver engaging English language instruction appropriate for K–8 students.
• Support students in developing reading, writing, speaking, listening, and communication skills.
• Assess and monitor student progress through assignments, activities, and assessments.
• Differentiate instruction to meet diverse learning needs and language proficiency levels.
• Maintain a positive, supportive, and organized classroom environment.
• Collaborate with school staff and other educators to support student success.
• Communicate effectively with students, families, and school personnel.
