About The Position

Enspire Consulting Group, LLC is seeking a passionate and dedicated Part-Time ESL Teacher to provide engaging, small-group English language instruction to students in Kindergarten through 8th grade. This is an excellent opportunity for an educator who enjoys building meaningful relationships, supporting multilingual learners, and maintaining a healthy work-life balance with a consistent two-days-per-week schedule. As an ESL Teacher, you will provide targeted instruction to small groups of English language learners, helping students strengthen their language proficiency while supporting their success in the general education curriculum. You’ll work with approximately eight instructional groups over the course of two school days, providing differentiated instruction based on students’ language proficiency and academic needs.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Education, TESOL, Linguistics, or related field.
  • TESOL or TEFL certification (required)
  • Experience teaching English as a Second Language in a school setting.
  • Strong organizational and classroom management skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • The ability to differentiate instruction for students with varying language proficiency levels
  • A collaborative mindset and passion for helping multilingual learners succeed
  • A commitment to creating a positive, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
  • Reliable transportation is required

Responsibilities

  • Deliver engaging, small-group ESL instruction for students in Kindergarten through 8th grade
  • Teach foundational English language skills, including speaking, listening, reading, and writing
  • Reinforce grade-level academic content while supporting English language development
  • Develop reading comprehension and written language skills, particularly for students in grades 5-8
  • Create differentiated lesson plans that meet students’ individual language and academic needs
  • Assess students' progress and adjust instruction using data-driven practices
  • Foster an inclusive, supportive, and engaging learning environment where students feel confident taking academic risks
  • Collaborate with classroom teachers and school staff to support student achievement
  • Communicate student progress and instructional goals with parents and guardians as appropriate
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation related to instruction and student progress
