The Pasteurizer/Batcher is responsible for ensuring all products are prepared according to recipes. This role will process and pasteurize ensuring that all products meet customer, state and federal guidelines. The position requires following all required work safe practices, including compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices, wearing of all required PPE in designated areas, confined space safety, safe chemical handling, and fall restraints.
