This position is for the 2026-2027 school year, focusing on Exceptional Student Education (ESE) with Varying Exceptionalities and Inclusion. The role involves planning and implementing a program of study that meets the individual needs, interests, diverse backgrounds, and abilities of students. Responsibilities include assisting in curriculum development, creating a conducive learning environment, guiding the learning process, employing appropriate instructional methods, assessing student progress, diagnosing learning strengths and weaknesses, and collaborating with colleagues, students, and parents. The position also requires assisting administration with student life and conduct policies, managing classroom behavior, supervising support personnel and volunteers, utilizing technology, maintaining records, performing Medicaid administrative claims reimbursable activities, adhering to ethical codes, supporting school improvement initiatives, and recognizing and acting on indicators of student distress or abuse. An appropriate testing environment and test security must be established.
