About The Position

Independence Title Company in the DFW Area, a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services is seeking an Escrow Support Specialist. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.

Requirements

• A High School diploma or equivalent is required
• A minimum of 3 years of Escrow experience required
• Strong attention to detail
• Great communication and customer-oriented skills required
• Able to work proficiently in fast paced environment
• Microsoft Suite proficient
• This is a work at office position (not work from home)

Nice To Haves

• Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with systems training for new software platforms for current and new staff as well as onboarding tasks for new employees
• Floating to DFW area branch locations to assist escrow staff as needed and/or as directed by management.
• Providing support with both front-end processing and post-closing/funding tasks, as required by Independence Title company standards.
• Providing proactive support to team members while maintaining respectful communication.
• Communicating and working closely with escrow teams and clients to ensure transactions close in a timely, efficient and error-free manner.
• Demonstrating a strong customer service mindset when interacting with both clients and colleagues.
