About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join a fast-paced production environment supporting residential escrow operations. This role is responsible for processing high volumes of escrow-related documentation tied to the initiation and closing of residential escrow files. This is a behind-the-scenes processing role focused strictly on production and document management. The position does not involve direct communication with branch offices, customers, agents, or lenders. The ideal candidate is highly organized, self-motivated, and able to manage competing priorities while maintaining a high level of accuracy in a deadline-driven environment. Overtime may occasionally be required during peak closing periods and month-end cycles.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Strong attention to detail with strong accuracy and organizational skills.
• Ability to prioritize, multitask and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong decision making skills, self-motivated, flexible and adaptable.

Nice To Haves

• 1–2 years of escrow processing experience preferred, but not required.
• Knowledge of escrow procedures and awareness of escrow regulations is a plus.
