About The Position

We are seeking a detail-oriented Escrow Support Processor to join our centralized escrow operations team. This position plays a critical role in supporting residential escrow transactions by processing documentation related to escrow openings and closings. The role is highly production-focused and designed to support branch offices by handling high-volume administrative and document-processing tasks. This is a behind-the-scenes operational position with no direct communication with customers, lenders, real estate agents, or branch offices. The ideal candidate is organized, self-motivated, and thrives in a fast-paced environment where accuracy and efficiency are essential.

Requirements

High School Diploma or GED required.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
Excellent organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently in a high-volume production environment.
Strong decision-making and problem-solving abilities.
Flexible, adaptable, and motivated to learn.
Ability to Follow Established Procedures

Nice To Haves

Previous escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, or administrative processing experience preferred.
Knowledge of escrow procedures and awareness of regulations governing the escrow process is a plus.

Responsibilities

Process and review escrow documentation associated with residential escrow transactions.
Ensure escrow files are accurately set up and maintained according to company procedures and compliance requirements.
Perform high-volume data entry and document processing with a strong focus on accuracy and quality.
Manage multiple tasks and priorities while meeting production goals and deadlines.
Review documentation for completeness and identify discrepancies when necessary.
Maintain organized electronic and physical records related to escrow transactions.
Support month-end and peak closing periods, which may require overtime based on business needs.
