About The Position

Monitors escrow vendor activities to ensure accuracy, timeliness, required service levels, accurate billing, compliance with state and Federal laws, and quality customer service. Compares company and vendor data to ensure data integrity. The position has no direct reports and is performed in an office environment.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills and the ability to become a business partner with external vendors, customers, and others.
Ability to think conceptually, strategically, and tactically to solve workflow and customer problems.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor's degree in Business or a related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Perform regular data integrity analysis and/or audits across company and vendor databases and systems.
Research loan-level activity and work with internal departments to provide accurate information.
Maintain procedure manuals and identify internal and external business process improvements.
Communicate with system support operations to facilitate daily operations and system projects.
Coordinate corporate advances and write-offs to ensure quality service.
Coordinate with vendors and maintain positive business relationships.
Monitor vendor daily operations to ensure established service levels and contract terms are met.
Prepare process flowcharts, analyze data, audit exceptions, and prepare reports.
Review vendor fees and advances for payment and/or recovery.
Perform other duties as assigned.
