About The Position

We are seeking an experienced, friendly and detail-oriented Escrow Officer to join our title company at Platinum Title Partners. The ideal candidate will manage builder-related residential closings from start to finish, deliver excellent customer service, and maintain a high level of accuracy in a fast-paced environment. This position is a full-time, in-office position. Remote or hybrid work is not available.

Requirements

Prior escrow officer experience required, preferably in residential builder title operations.
Strong knowledge of escrow, title, and closing procedures.
Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple files and deadlines simultaneously.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to customer service.
Familiarity with title production software is a plus.

Residential resale and refinance transactions.
New construction closings.
Working with high-volume file pipelines.
Knowledge of Texas title and closing practices.

Responsibilities

Manage residential builder escrow files from opening through closing.
Review contracts, title commitments, lender documents, and closing instructions.
Coordinate with builders, buyers, lenders, real estate agents, and internal team members.
Prepare closing documents and ensure all documents are accurate and complete.
Communicate regularly with all parties to keep transactions moving forward.
Resolve title, escrow, and closing issues efficiently and professionally.
Conduct loan signings for buyers, sellers, and borrowers, overseeing the signing process, verifying identities, explaining documents, and ensuring proper notarization.
Ensure compliance with company procedures, underwriting guidelines, and applicable regulations.
Maintain organized files and provide timely updates throughout the closing process.
