Work alongside experienced escrow professionals and leadership while handling diverse residential, commercial, refinance, exchange, and business transactions.

Requirements

Experienced Escrow Officer with a strong understanding of the escrow process.
Established book of business is required.
Strong communication and customer service skills.
Excellent organizational and follow-up abilities.
Ability to manage multiple transactions and deadlines.

Nice To Haves

Experience with RBJ preferred.

Responsibilities

Manage escrow transactions from opening through closing.
Coordinate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, title companies and other parties.
Review and prepare escrow documents and closing instructions.
Ensure transactions are processed accurately and efficiently.
Communicate with clients and transaction partners throughout the escrow process.
Maintain compliance with company policies and applicable regulations.
Provide a high level of customer service and attention to detail.
