About The Position

This is a full-time, on-site role for an Escrow Officer located in the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. The Escrow Officer will manage all aspects of the escrow process, including facilitating property closings, supervising disbursement of funds, and ensuring all closing documents are accurately prepared.

Requirements

• Experience and proficiency in Closings, Escrow management, and Notary services
• Strong understanding of Residential Real Estate processes and regulations
• Excellent Customer Service skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational and problem-solving skills
• Proficiency in relevant software applications and technology
• State certification as an Escrow Officer or Notary, where applicable
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment

Nice To Haves

• Prior experience in the title or real estate industry is highly desirable
