About The Position

As a PMI representative, you will be responsible for completing various reports and tasks to ensure that mortgage insurance guidelines are followed per HPA. Dovenmuehle Mortgage, Inc. (“Dovenmuehle”) is the leading mortgage subservicing firm in the United States with several hundred financial institution clients nationwide.

Requirements

Proficient in Excel and Outlook.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail.
Critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently and in a Team environment.
Ability to meet deadlines along with excellent time management and multi-tasking skills.
Have a professional attitude.
Reliable and dependable.
Willingness to learn new job-related skills and expand knowledge.
High school diploma or GED.

Nice To Haves

1-year previous loan servicing experience.
Basic understanding of Private Mortgage Insurance (PMI).
Experience with MSP.

Responsibilities

Review and research errors/discrepancies and follow through with resolution.
Complete loan level audits.
Work assigned reports/tasks with attention to detail and ensure accurately completed.
Communicate proficiently and professionally with outside vendors and other departments.
Ensure all regulatory, investor and Bank guidelines are followed.
Identify and communicate discrepancies or process improvements.
Successfully complete annual regulatory compliance training.
Performs other related duties as assigned.
