The Escrow Assistant is the glue that holds real estate transactions together and makes them happen. This role supports the closing representative and works with agents, buyers, sellers, lawyers, lenders, surveyors, and others. The assistant collects, organizes, and processes all necessary documentation to ensure the closing is completed on time and with a minimum of stress. Details matter, and the assistant ensures documents are filed and checks are written after closing. When something isn’t right – paperwork is incomplete or a detail is wrong – the assistant knows how to fix it. Agents and their clients appreciate the friendliness and expertise of the Escrow Assistant, who is depended upon to deliver.
