About The Position
Independence Title in the Houston Area, Texas (Pasadena Office), a wholly owned subsidiary of Anywhere Integrated Services, is seeking an Experienced Escrow Assistant. Anywhere Integrated Services is a full-service title, settlement, underwriting and vendor management services company serving real estate companies, affinity groups, corporations and financial institutions in support of residential and commercial real estate transactions.
Requirements
- A High School diploma or equivalent is required
- A minimum of 2 years of Escrow experience, front-end and backend, required
- Great written and verbal communication skills required
- Able to work proficiently with technology and in fast paced environment
- Microsoft Suite proficient, including Outlook
Nice To Haves
- Experience with RamQuest system preferred, but not required
Responsibilities
- Coordinating the collection of information to finalize a home sale.
- Handling A to Z processing: frontend, curative for Schedule C, working up CDs/HUDs, as needed, and post-closing/funding tasks.
- Having comfortable knowledge in reviewing contracts and commitments.
- Communicating professionally, respectfully and effectively, verbally and in writing, with customers and co-workers.
- Create a positive image of the company through a professional appearance, actions, and conduct to fellow employees and customers.
