About The Position

This role is an exciting opportunity to be part of a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment while supporting successful real estate transactions from opening to closing. You will work closely with experienced Escrow Officers, real estate agents, lenders, and clients to help deliver exceptional service and seamless closings. Requirements

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office (experience with escrow/title software is a plus).

Nice To Haves

Prior escrow, title, real estate, or administrative experience preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Assist in opening new escrow files and processing transactions.
Prepare and review escrow documents and instructions.
Coordinate with lenders, agents, buyers, and sellers throughout the transaction.
Order payoffs, demands, and necessary closing documentation.
Ensure accuracy and completeness of files while maintaining timelines.
Schedule signings and support closing logistics.
Provide responsive, high-level customer service to all parties involved.
Maintain compliance with company policies, procedures, and regulatory standards.
