We’re looking for an Escrow Assistant to support our Anchorage escrow team and help keep real estate transactions moving smoothly from opening to closing. This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys a fast-paced office, client interaction, problem-solving, and being part of a team that plays a key role in the real estate process.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous escrow, title, mortgage, real estate, banking, administrative, or customer service experience preferred
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication and follow-up skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Professional, client-focused approach
  • Comfort working with confidential information
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems
  • Team-oriented mindset and willingness to jump in where needed

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative and transaction support to Escrow Officers, helping prepare files, gather information, coordinate documents, communicate with clients and partners, and support timely, accurate closings.
  • Open and maintain escrow files
  • Assist with document preparation and file organization
  • Communicate with buyers, sellers, agents, lenders, and internal teams
  • Collect, review, and track required documents and information
  • Help coordinate signing appointments and closing timelines
  • Assist with title, lender, and escrow requirements
  • Support funding, recording, and post-closing activities
  • Maintain accurate records and follow company procedures
  • Provide friendly, professional service to clients and partners
  • Help the team stay organized, responsive, and deadline-focused
