Responsibilities

Keep multiple real estate transactions moving from open to close
Communicate with clients, agents, lenders, and partners—by phone, email, and in person
Prepare and review documents, ensuring everything is accurate and complete
Spot issues early and help solve them before they impact closing
Manage deadlines, priorities, and details across several files at once
Use systems and tools to stay organized and efficient
Helping bring deals across the finish line.
