About The Position

This role focuses on implementing project requirements by defining and analyzing system problems, designing, and testing standards and solutions. The individual will analyze data, investigate issues or inefficiencies within delivery projects, and recommend solutions. A key aspect of the role is understanding requirements and translating them into product/solution features. Collaboration with stakeholders across departments is crucial to understand business requirements and translate them into analytical solutions. The role also involves gathering and documenting detailed requirements for system enhancements or new system implementations, and conducting testing and validation of system changes to ensure accuracy, reliability, and compliance. Staying updated on manufacturing industry trends, best practices, and new technologies is also a responsibility. The role offers an opportunity to be involved in design, technology implementations, and operations transformation, as well as system requirement transformation and proposing appropriate IT solutions. The individual will serve as a primary system and functional expert in driving business and solution discussions.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of experience working as a system analyst in manufacturing related projects
• Basic understanding of mfg. processes, inventory management, procurement, logistics, sales and distribution, presales is essential
• Good analytical skill and attention to detail.
• Basic technical skills and enthusiasm to continue to develop them.
• Should be clear and concise in communication
