About The Position

Summary: We are seeking an experienced and skilled individual to serve as a single point-of-contact for end-users within our organization. This role involves providing advanced support by identifying problems, offering on-the-spot training, escalating complex issues, and developing best practices for ERP and business processes. The successful candidate will significantly impact the organization by ensuring efficient problem resolution and knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in business and/or ERP environments.
• Intermediate professional level role experience, capable of working on multiple projects and occasionally leading technical teams.
• Proficiency in managing small to large, complex projects within multiple technical environments and a specific business area.
• Ability to coach and mentor more junior technical staff.

Responsibilities

• Act as the primary contact for end-users after Power Users have assisted, ensuring seamless support transition.
• Identify problems, provide on-the-spot training, and facilitate knowledge transfer to prevent issue recurrence.
• Escalate Tier 2 problems to appropriate technical or process experts as necessary.
• Maintain history reports and address re-occurring problems to improve support processes.
• Assist in developing and executing ERP and business process best practices across the organization.
• Perform basic fixes and data maintenance to ensure system integrity.
• Develop online help resources and update systems support help scripts as needed.
