About The Position

An HR Systems Analyst is responsible for researching, designing, implementing, and maintaining HR technology solutions, as well as training employees on changes in HR systems and/or processes. Supports the high-level design, build / development, testing, rollout, training, and change management activities associated with implementing new HR business processes and systems on an enterprise scale. Develop and maintain issue lists, action items, project statuses, business process flow diagrams, communication plans, training plans, etc. associated with the assigned projects.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Human Resources, or a related subject
  • 3 years’ experience in HRIS or a similar role
  • Experience troubleshooting and modifying App Engines
  • SQL required
  • 3rd party systems integration experience
  • At least one (1) year of experience in PeopleSoft or Similar development
  • Demonstrated a practical understanding of the software development lifecycle
  • Experience upgrading or implementing PeopleSoft, ERPs, or building integrations between ERPs and third-party systems

Responsibilities

  • Assisting with developing, implementing, and maintaining ERP solutions
  • Coordinating with other technical and functional analysts
  • Creating, maintaining, and modifying application engines, component interfaces, and external interfaces with PeopleSoft
  • Reviewing, debugging, coding, and testing PeopleSoft applications
  • Developing and maintaining integrations between PeopleSoft and other applications
  • Identifying and planning for design and development risks
  • Creating Technical Documentation for long-term maintenance
  • Assisting with upgrades and data mapping
  • Ensuring data is protected and users can access it easily
