About The Position

The ERP Systems Analyst (Vista Viewpoint) is an IT-focused role responsible for the support, optimization, and continuous improvement of the company’s Vista by Viewpoint ERP system. This position plays a critical role in system implementation, troubleshooting, and process enhancement across accounting and operational workflows. The ideal candidate will have hands-on Vista experience, strong technical problem-solving skills, and the ability to translate business needs into system solutions. This is a fully in-office position.

Requirements

Strong experience with Vista by Viewpoint ERP system.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve ERP/system-related issues.
Solid understanding of ERP systems, data structures, and system workflows.
Experience supporting ERP implementations and post-go-live optimization.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Effective organizational and time management skills in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and reporting tools.
3–5 years of experience in ERP systems analysis, IT systems support, or a related role.
Hands-on experience with Vista by Viewpoint is required.

Nice To Haves

Experience in construction, electrical contracting, or a related industry is preferred.
Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or a related field is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

Support the implementation, configuration, and ongoing administration of Vista by Viewpoint ERP.
Troubleshoot system issues, perform root cause analysis, and deliver timely resolutions.
Serve as the primary liaison between IT, accounting, and operations teams for system-related needs.
Analyze current business processes and recommend system-driven improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and integrations with third-party applications.
Develop, maintain, and improve system documentation, workflows, and standard operating procedures.
Provide end-user support and training to ensure effective utilization of ERP systems.
Monitor system performance and ensure data integrity across modules.
Support reporting needs by leveraging Vista capabilities and improving data accessibility.
Participate in testing, validation, and deployment of new system features and updates.
Assist with data migration, reconciliation, and validation during implementations or upgrades.
Collaborate on IT and ERP-related projects to support business growth and scalability.
Perform other duties as assigned.
