About The Position

Flex intends to spin off its Cloud and Power Infrastructure segment into a new, independent publicly traded company, which we’re calling SpinCo, until the name is unveiled. The spin is planned for Q1 2027. If the intended spin occurs, this role will support SpinCo, which will focus on critical digital infrastructure, delivering end-to-end power and thermal management solutions for AI data centers and other mission-critical applications. To support our teams who build great products and contribute to our growth, we’re looking to add an ERP Systems Analyst located in Milpitas, CA. Reporting to the IT Manager, the ERP System Analyst role involves primarily supporting Baan ERP system, troubleshooting technical malfunctions, researching with stakeholders and delivering solutions to the site.

Requirements

• Requires 4-7 years of related IT work experience
• 3 years minimum of ERP trouble-shooting experience
• SAP Experience required
• Extensive knowledge of Baan table structure
• Excellent understanding of T-SQL programming and Microsoft SQL Server
• Experience with SQL Server Reporting Services
• Strong English communication skills required

Responsibilities

• Assisting with Baan ERP system; troubleshooting and resolving issues
• Evaluating requirements and specifications from customers on reporting and EDI transactions
• Development in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) retrieving data from Oracle (thru ODBC) or Microsoft SQL Server
• Implement standard Flex best business practices.
• Providing technical expertise in identifying, evaluating, and developing systems and procedures that are cost effective as well as consulting with users on automated systems
• Researching, designing and testing new systems and system enhancements for the site
• Resolve required improvements on the systems & supervise its correct implementation to meet site business requirements
• Communicate with team to troubleshoot and resolve day to day system issues to ensure smooth operation
• Execute Global IT projects as needed
