About The Position

abra SAP department is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst – Finance.
We are looking for a skilled IT Business Applications Project Manager / ERP Systems Analyst to lead ERP-based finance solutions, including implementation, enhancements, and upgrades of financial processes within the organizational ERP environment.
This role requires strong ERP finance expertise, systems analysis capabilities, and end-to-end project management skills.
A full-time, hybrid position, based in the Central District of Israel.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in project management
• Experience in systems analysis, including requirements gathering, process analysis, and solution definition
• Experience writing functional and technical specification documents
• Hands‑on ERP experience, including SAP FI (configuration, data migration, and integrations)
• Experience with BI tools such as Power BI and SAP Analytics Cloud
• Familiarity with SaaS / Cloud systems and modern data architectures
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Industrial Engineering & Management, or a related field

Nice To Haves

• Master’s degree

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end ERP finance projects from requirements through go-live and support
• Perform systems and business process analysis and define functional solutions
• Prepare functional and technical specification documents and manage integrations
• Collaborate with ERP, BI, Data, Integration teams, and external vendors
