The ERP Support Analyst is responsible for providing technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to users of our ERP software, Microsoft Dynamics 365. This role involves resolving application issues, assisting users’ complete business processes, and providing advice on Dynamics functionality. The Analyst will work closely with IT teams, end-users, and vendors on projects to optimize the Dynamics environment.
