About The Position

With over 40 years in business, UEI® Group Services is a world leader in the manufacturing and supply of engraved products and associated supplies such as hot, cold, and digital stamping foils. Our business services the Graphic Arts Industry with facilities and operations located worldwide. As part of our manufacturing operations, we are looking for an Epicor ERP Specialist that can partner with operations to maximize our ERP system. We need a team member with the skills to maximize our Epicor ERP system. The position reports to the IT Director and also works in tandem with the Sr. ERP Specialist. The position will be on-site. The candidate has 3+ years experience supporting ERP applications. This person will be interacting with representatives of departments like Accounting, Customer Service, Sales and Production as needed to gather requirements, participate in testing and training. The position will also provide Tier 1 support with ERP user configuration and support. The position will be responsible for the production of some adhoc and monthly reporting.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience supporting ERP applications.
• Experience supporting, training, installing, upgrading the ERP system.
• Experience in the ERP system establishing permissions, security and other user configurations.
• Experience in the ERP system configuring and customizing for the specific needs of the company.
• Microsoft SQL Experience: SQL Queries, T-SQL, Stored procedures, Report Builder, SSRS.
• Basic skills for working with networked equipment, pc administration and printer configurations.
• Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) experience required.

Nice To Haves

• Microsoft SQL DB administration experience is a plus.
• Experience with Microsoft C#, JSON and REST is a plus.
• Crystal Reports experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Supporting, training, installing, and upgrading the ERP system.
• Establishing permissions, security, and other user configurations within the ERP system.
• Configuring and customizing the ERP system for the specific needs of the company.
• Providing Tier 1 support for ERP user configuration and support.
• Producing adhoc and monthly reports.
• Gathering requirements, participating in testing and training with representatives from Accounting, Customer Service, Sales, and Production.
