About The Position

Resemble Systems is seeking a passionate and target-driven ERP Software Sales Consultant for its Dubai operations. The company assists businesses in the UAE and Saudi Arabia with operational transformations using Odoo ERP, Business Process Automation, IBM Enterprise Solutions, and Digital Transformation services. The ideal candidate will be a sales professional experienced in ERP sales, capable of generating leads, meeting with decision-makers, and closing software and consulting deals. Prior Odoo ERP sales experience and UAE market exposure are highly preferred.

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years experience in ERP software sales
• Odoo ERP sales experience is strongly preferred
• Understanding of Finance, CRM, HR, Inventory, Procurement, and Manufacturing processes
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
• UAE market experience preferred
• Valid UAE driving license preferred
• Arabic speaking is an added advantage
• Professional appearance and customer-focused attitude

Nice To Haves

• Prior Odoo ERP sales experience
• UAE market exposure

Responsibilities

• Generate new ERP and digital transformation business opportunities in the UAE
• Meet business owners, finance managers, and IT decision makers
• Conduct ERP product presentations and discovery meetings
• Understand customer operational challenges and propose suitable solutions
• Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial discussions
• Follow up consistently and maintain strong sales pipeline discipline
• Coordinate with implementation and technical teams
• Achieve agreed monthly and quarterly sales targets
• Maintain CRM updates and sales reports professionally
