About The Position

The ERP Software Coordinator is the primary internal resource for employee training and day-to-day support for the company's ERP system, currently Accumatica. The role helps employees use the system correctly and troubleshoots routine issues.

During implementation, the coordinator learns company workflows, prepares training materials, tests processes, and supports employees through the transition. After implementation, the coordinator provides new-hire, refresher, and ongoing training and support to encourage consistent, accurate system use across departments.

Requirements

• Experience training employees and supporting business software.
• Ability to explain software functions clearly to employees with different levels of computer experience.
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, organizational, and follow-through skills.
• Ability to create clear written instructions and maintain accurate records.
• Patience and professionalism when assisting employees or addressing repeated questions.
• Ability to learn how different departments operate and how their work connects within one system.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and the ability to learn new software.
• Ability to manage multiple requests, prioritize issues, and work independently.
• Ability to handle confidential business and employee information appropriately.

Nice To Haves

• Familiarity with manufacturing, construction, field service, inventory, purchasing, accounting, and/or project management processes.

Responsibilities

• Develop and deliver new-hire, refresher, and ongoing system training tailored to employee roles and department needs.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, and standard operating procedures that reflect approved company processes.
• Serve as the primary contact for employee questions, troubleshoot routine issues, and coordinate more complex concerns with IT or software support partners.
• Track support requests, communicate updates, and follow through until issues are resolved.
• Work with department managers and implementation partners to test workflows, support system updates, and identify process improvements.
• Promote consistent system use and accurate, timely data entry through training, feedback, and follow-up.
• Coordinate system access requests through the appropriate approval process and maintain confidentiality of company information.
• Perform other related duties as assigned.
