Franklin Sports, Inc. is seeking a strategic and hands-on ERP Project Manager to lead the implementation of a new enterprise-wide ERP system. This role will influence how Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Sales, and HR work together, ensuring the ERP platform becomes the backbone of future growth. The Project Manager will work closely with the system integrator and act as the central point of contact for co-planning, managing, and executing all phases of the ERP project, including requirements collection, system design, data migration, testing, training, and go-live stabilization. The ideal candidate is a diplomatic, collaborative leader with a balance of business process knowledge and ERP technical insight, capable of building consensus among stakeholders and driving measurable results. This position requires understanding both the business and technological aspects of the company, with a demonstrated background working with cross-functional teams and the System Integrator. The role is based at the company's Headquarters in Stoughton, MA, with a hybrid option, and reports to the VP, Operations. This is a long-term, project-based role with full benefits.
